- If you provide the model number of the old type, we will start searching for new old stock (search takes about one week) for free. - Repair estimates are generally free (estimates require the actual item (defective product) to be submitted, with a turnaround time of 2 weeks) (the item will be sent to a specialized repair contractor for the estimate). - After submitting the estimate, if the price is not acceptable, you can return the item as is (free of charge) ... this is a key feature. - After placing an order for repair, you will need to confirm the operation after the item is returned, and if it is still not functioning, we will repair it again; if it still does not work, it will be free of charge. - The repair turnaround time is 2 weeks to a maximum of 1 month (depending on circumstances, express service is also available). - In the case of searching for unused items, we will ask for the model number before proceeding. (If found, an estimate will be submitted in about 1 week). - The delivery time for unused items is approximately 2 weeks based on prior notice (mostly imported from overseas). - There is no warranty for products with a fixed period (as each item is different, please consult us). - We also accept inquiries regarding repairs of other electrical and electronic devices, old PCs, compressor repairs, alternative proposals, and repairs of special pumps mounted on equipment.
