General-purpose spectroradiometer VSR
The versatile spectral radiometer (VSR) is a compact, high-sensitivity spectral radiometer that uses Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) technology. It is robust, highly responsive, and can operate in various environments, from laboratories to applications on aircraft subjected to severe vibrations. The VSR can acquire real-time high-resolution spectral information on phenomena occurring at both low and high speeds and perform signature analysis of materials and targets.

Applications/Examples of results
The electromagnetic energy emitted or reflected by an object indicates its temperature, chemical composition, and the environment between the object and the observer. VSR is equipped with sensitivity to measure the radiation of targets at long distances, enhancing operational safety while accurately capturing the true signature of the target along both spectral and temporal dimensions. This capability is essential for studying the chemical and physical properties of targets, especially those with short lifespans or variable radiation.
