At Fasmac, we offer STR analysis (for cell authentication). We conduct STR analysis using the GenePrint24System (from Promega). After performing multiplex PCR with the kit, we carry out capillary electrophoresis to determine the STR genotypes at 24 specific locations, including CODIS and ESS loci, as well as Y chromosome loci.
