Inside the membrane, there is high turbulence resulting in high permeability, low fouling, and high concentration rates, making it strong against SS!
The "Oil-Water Separation Device" is completed using ultrafiltration membranes. It can reliably remove oil components that form a stable emulsion in water without the addition of chemicals. The operating costs are lower compared to chemical treatment. The total cost with UF can be cheaper than waste oil disposal or chemical treatment, with a capacity of 400 m²/day and over 200 units in operation. 【Features】 ■ Can be reliably processed without the addition of chemicals ■ Total cost with UF can be cheaper than waste oil disposal or chemical treatment ■ No sludge is produced as no chemicals are used, and the concentrated liquid can be reduced ■ Operating costs are lower compared to chemical treatment ■ A closed system can be established by using RO (reverse osmosis) in conjunction *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
