A case study of a kitchen infused with the desire to create good facilities for the improvement of harsh working conditions!

At Taniguchiya, which is celebrating its 96th anniversary (2021), we fry our specially made cotton tofu for deep-frying entirely by hand, adjusting as we go. In our old factory, there were times when we had to work in conditions where summer temperatures exceeded 50°C. In our new factory, we have been working towards improving the working environment alongside producing delicious fried tofu. To that end, we introduced Halton's "UV Capture Ray" in our kitchen. As a result, it has become a kitchen infused with our commitment to making great fried tofu and creating a good facility.
