A new standard in chemical process development! By disassembling the flange, cleaning within the flow path is possible.
The "SMCR Test Device" is an experimental apparatus that allows for the easy initiation of the development of new materials and continuous production processes using fine flow paths. Experiments can be conducted easily with the same flow path specifications as actual production machines, enabling the confirmation of pathways toward future commercialization. It can also be adapted for applications requiring corrosion resistance. 【Features】 ■ Cleaning of the flow path is possible by disassembling the flange ■ Data can be obtained with the same flow path size as the actual production SMCR, allowing for a swift transition to actual production ■ Supports experiments under high temperature and high pressure ■ Can be adapted for applications requiring corrosion resistance ■ A wide range of lineups is available *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Company information
The movement towards lightweight transportation equipment, driven by the increasing global environmental regulations, is undoubtedly a tailwind for our company, which possesses joining solution technologies represented by steel, aluminum, copper, and welding, and we believe it will allow us to demonstrate significant strengths. In addition, in the machinery business, we will accelerate efforts to prepare for future demand expansion, including the strategic expansion of our compressor business and hydrogen initiatives. We position the power business as a stable revenue base and will steadily advance new projects aimed at establishing it.
