For non-ferrous metals, the manufacturing method uses a grooved extrusion wheel that rotates towards a fixed extrusion shoe. The wire feed enters around the groove of the extrusion wheel and is transported to the extrusion zone by the rotational motion. The process applies the necessary temperature and pressure to the material as it moves towards the die. A continuous extruded product is produced for the length of the wire feed.
