The "BLC Series" was born as a camera inspection device capable of handling various appearance inspections for industrial parts, consumer goods, and more, as a result of a fundamental review of image processing programs and consideration of processes for high-speed processing. Applications include exterior inspection of PET bottles and cap appearance inspection, among others. We also offer simple specifications for inspecting label misalignment, tilt, label differences, and upside-down labels, such as those applied with in-mold labelers.
