In this lecture, he will introduce methods for creating iPS cell lines with edited HLA genes to reduce the risk of immune rejection. The difficulty of single-cell cloning is one of the challenges in establishing iPS cell lines, but the method being introduced this time achieves an extremely high survival rate.
