The "NORD-LOCK washer" is a loosening prevention washer that secures bolts using tension rather than friction resistance. This system consists of a pair of washers, one with a cam surface and the other with a radial rib surface. The angle of the cam (α) is designed to be larger than the lead angle of the screw (β), making it difficult to easily overcome the cam. The wedge effect created by the cam surfaces prevents loosening of the bolt due to rotation. 【Features】 - Prevents loosening caused by intense vibrations and fluctuating loads, ensuring safe fastening. - Can be quickly and easily installed and removed with standard tools. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
