PVC pipes for hydroponic cultivation (perforated pipe processed products) / hydroponic cultivation bed / agricultural materials
Plant Factory PVC Piping Lab [Miyata Industrial]
We will solve the challenges of PVC piping necessary for hydroponic cultivation systems using the technology developed over more than 50 years in the development of septic tank piping components and PVC pipe processing.
We manufacture custom-made PVC pipes (with holes) for hydroponic cultivation by processing VP pipes and VU pipes to match the size of cultivation racks. We can accommodate your specified PVC pipe size, hole diameter, hole pitch, and length. ■ These PVC pipes can be used for water circulation-type hydroponic cultivation and greening systems. ■ Various forms of hydroponic cultivation and greening are possible depending on how the PVC pipes are assembled. ■ Prefabricated processing, modularization, and unitization of PVC piping can help streamline on-site construction. ■ We can also provide the pipes in a glued state. Our production bases are located in Tsushima City, Aichi Prefecture; Tsu City, Mie Prefecture; Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture; Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture; and Hiki District, Saitama Prefecture, allowing us to regularly deliver products from the factory nearest to you. 【Features】 - We perform hole processing on rigid PVC pipes using our unique drilling technology and automatic drilling machines according to the intended use. - If you need a large quantity of PVC pipes processed with specified hole diameters and hole pitches, we can provide them quickly and at low cost. - We also offer processing for cutting, bending, halving PVC pipes, and drilling holes in other PVC fittings and plastic pipes upon consultation.

basic information
About Miyata Industrial's Commitment to Hydroponic Cultivation Materials "Plant factories" are systems that artificially recreate the environment for plants to grow indoors, allowing for year-round production regardless of the season. In recent years, due to abnormal weather and unpredictable climatic conditions, the prices of vegetables have fluctuated significantly, leading to increased attention on vegetables produced in plant factories that can be grown "regardless of the season." Miyata Industrial plays an important role in the development and manufacturing of hydroponic piping materials and components, which are essential for growing vegetables in such plant factories, contributing to solving challenges for future development, such as cost issues and improving the efficiency of on-site work in plant factory facilities. The consistent theme is thorough development and manufacturing support for each client. This means leveraging our design and prototyping capabilities to propose new components while ensuring a stable supply of quality-assured parts. As a technical partner that can respond to the trust of plant factory equipment manufacturers, we are further refining our development and manufacturing support capabilities and services.
