Introducing equipment designed for testing and research purposes using resin-based calendaring!
The "B3" is a testing and research facility designed to utilize our long-standing manufacturing and development technology for rubber and plastic mixing and roll molding machines in the development of new products for our customers. It is capable of mixing and rolling at high temperatures (ambient temperature +60 to 200°C) for resin-related applications. With the installation of a 6-roll calendar machine, we can conduct a series of sheet production tests using the calendar method, including mixing, sheeting, cooling, and winding. 【Equipment Configuration】 ■ 5L Type Intensive Mixer (5LKV-D) ■ PWE (Planetary Roller Extruder) ■ Mixing Roll Machine (12KM) ■ Mixing Roll Machine (8KM) ■ Composite 6-Roll Calendar (8KC6) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
