Case Study: Tablet for Implementing Health Check App [Kagome Co., Ltd.]

■Kagome Co., Ltd. We have introduced the device "Veggie Check," developed by Kagome Co., Ltd., which displays vegetable intake levels and estimated vegetable consumption within seconds by placing a palm on the sensor, as a tablet. Current implementation status: Currently, "Veggie Check (R)" is being utilized in various locations. For example, in companies and municipalities, it is used as a diagnostic tool for promoting employee health, as well as at events to help raise awareness about health. Additionally, companies promoting vegetable intake are using it as a promotional tool, and we hope to expand its use widely in the future. Regarding the tablet, it is possible to configure the system bar to be hidden to prevent customers from performing unnecessary operations that could lead to errors, and the absence of unnecessary pre-installed apps ensures that operations are not hindered, resulting in less stress during development. Furthermore, the TA2C DR94G has rubber bumpers on the sides, which reduces concerns about impacts and shocks.
