Octron mat is an anti-static material that has ion conductivity and rubber elasticity. It also complies with environmental regulations and is DOP-free.
Features of Octron <Electrical Properties> - Stable antistatic properties with minimal variation between material lots - Uniform electrical resistance throughout the product Unlike dispersion types with conductive fillers (such as carbon black and metal powders), the electrical resistance within the material is uniform - Due to ionic conductivity, the antistatic effect does not decrease even under low humidity - There is no reduction in antistatic effect due to friction or wear It possesses antistatic properties not only on the surface but also in thickness and volume direction, ensuring no reduction in antistatic effect due to wear or friction <Material Properties> - As a urethane elastomer, it has excellent wear resistance, resulting in low dust generation - Non-carbon, making it ideal for clean rooms and similar environments (low contamination) - Since it does not use carbon black, there is no contamination of floors or products due to carbon dispersion <Environmental Properties> Free of plasticizers, complying with environmental regulations
