Reduce total costs! We proposed a treatment that applies electroless nickel plating to the substrate.

There was a need for plating on the surface of the sliding products, and since hard chrome plating is known for its durability and wear resistance, it was applied. However, due to the material being aluminum, there were no manufacturers capable of direct plating, which posed a problem. In response, Sun Industry proposed a treatment that involved applying an electroless nickel plating as a base layer instead of direct chrome plating. As a result, a plating method with good adhesion was established, allowing us to eliminate the finishing buffing process without worsening the surface roughness from the previous buffing state, thereby reducing the total cost.
