Since Teflon-lubricated electroless nickel plating with PFOA measures often differs in appearance and management points from conventional products, we conducted tests on many chemicals and were able to pre-evaluate the dispersion state and appearance of Teflon particles in the development department to select the most suitable ones. [Issues] - Under the microscope, Teflon microparticles are clustered in some areas and incorporated into the plating film, resulting in uneven dispersion. - Due to the uneven dispersion, there are differences in hardness in certain areas.
