We would like to introduce a case study of "ASTERIA Warp Core" implemented at Ishida Co., Ltd. The company had many business processes that relied on personnel, such as aggregation processes using Excel macros, and there were concerns that processing could be delayed in the absence of the responsible person due to the black-box nature of the processes. Therefore, the product was introduced. As a result, tasks that previously took a week were reduced to just a few hours through automation, and the product was applied to a wide range of office processing tasks involving CSV files, resulting in an improvement equivalent to 105 hours of work annually, even during the trial implementation period.
