The "NTD-165F Libra 165F" is a 3D frozen quantitative slicer that can slice a wide range of ingredients, from pork loin ginger stir-fry to barbecue materials, and is capable of fixed-thickness cutting. Before slicing, the shape of the slicing log is read by a 3D measuring device, eliminating the need for weight feedback and enabling high-speed quantitative processing.
