This explosion-proof sheet shutter is designed for use in Zone 2 hazardous areas, where explosive gases may occasionally occur. Ideal for chemical and pharmaceutical facilities, where standard shutters cannot be used safely. ・Industry’s first explosion-proof model, launched in 2001 ・Adopted by over 200 companies as of March 2021 ・Suitable for Zone 2 (Class II Hazardous Area) — areas where explosive atmospheres are unlikely during normal operation and, if they do occur, only last briefly Note: This product is not compatible with dust explosion protection

Features: ・Anti-Static Fireproof Sheet[Industry First] Certified (NM-3671) to prevent static buildup during operation. ・Instant Static Discharge (Patent No. 5554652) Unique “Instant Charge Discharge Structure” instantly grounds static electricity generated during opening/closing. ・Flexible Options Explosion-proof push buttons, cord switches, and fireproof transparent windows available. ・Smooth Operation Slow start & stop reduces impact on the unit and surrounding structure.
