The M-LINE is a cleaning machine designed to comply with international guidelines related to pharmaceutical manufacturing from the development and design stages. This machine is a movable cleaning unit suitable for cleaning bulk containers such as drums and IBCs, as well as for CIP cleaning of large fixed equipment, without the need for extensive installation work. It can handle the cleaning of multiple pieces of equipment with just one unit, and it is also easy to remove and store when not in use. The cleaning process utilizes high water pressure of up to 7 MPa and IWT's unique three-dimensional nozzle, the "Hydrokinetic Lance," to perform powerful, gapless cleaning of the interiors of containers and equipment in a short amount of time. Additionally, as an option, it can be connected to drum and container cleaning racks manufactured by IWT, allowing for simultaneous cleaning of up to four drums. Despite its compact size, it features a high-level automatic control program that supports advanced quality assurance systems through cleaning program management, continuous monitoring and tracking of critical parameters, and data integrity compliance.
