Automatic attachment and detachment device for BUR replacement in rolling mills such as steelworks [Video available / Patent technology]
We respond to large vibrations in the hot rolling line with patented technology. We automate the connection work during BUR replacement! It can also be used in dust environments and high-temperature conditions.
The work of attaching and detaching electricity, hydraulics, lubricants, cooling water, air, etc., during the exchange of BUR (backup rolls) in rolling mills used in steelworks can be automated. We have over 50 years of experience and have numerous achievements with three blast furnace companies and electric furnace manufacturers. We can also accommodate environments with a lot of dust and high temperatures. Additionally, we can provide custom solutions for large amounts of eccentricity. Our patented vibration prevention mechanism prevents equipment malfunctions caused by large mill vibrations, such as those found in hot rolling lines.
