Food powder and granule static electricity prevention "Toyofoods Earth Hose" (size addition)
Prevent powder clogging and adhesion due to hose charging, unpleasant sparks, and equipment malfunctions! Added inner diameters of 63φ, 75φ, and 100φ!
The static electricity prevention band (black line) on the outer surface of the hose and the metal wire achieve stable static electricity prevention effects regardless of the length of the hose. Furthermore, the smooth inner surface of the hose makes it difficult for residues to accumulate, ensuring hygiene. There is also no risk of contamination due to wear of the grounding wire. Grounding installation is easy with a dedicated clip. 【Features】 ■ Good transparency allows for fluid visibility ■ Short-term cleaning at 90°C is possible (under unpressurized conditions) ■ Flexible and easy to install ■ Long lifespan with abrasion-resistant formulation (compared to our products) ■ Complies with the Food Sanitation Act (PL system) ■ Complies with FDA (CFR21.170-199) ■ Complies with RoHS2
