We would like to introduce a case where the "Portoguard AF System," handled by Central Concrete, was applied to the Nakashi City Library. The "Portoguard AF System" is a surface protection system for cast-in-place concrete that maintains a clean appearance for years to come. In sunny weather, it makes it difficult for oil-based contaminants to adhere, and during rainfall, it facilitates the easy removal of oil-based contaminants from the surface along with rainwater, thereby reducing the likelihood of streaking. 【Case Overview】 ■ Building Name: Nakashi City Library ■ Photographer: SS Tokyo Branch Co., Ltd. ■ Design Contractor: Katsura Design Co., Ltd. ■ Construction Contractor: Ando Construction Co., Ltd. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
The texture, materiality, and strength of concrete possess an eternal expressiveness. The "Portuguard System" was created as a means to sustainably maintain that material feel. We faithfully reflect the intentions of architectural firms and designers that should enhance the concrete landscape, providing suggestions for finishing paints and protective materials tailored to the usage conditions for architectural and civil engineering purposes, along with advice on construction aspects and a responsible construction system (depending on the project) to ensure comprehensive quality management. Moving forward, we will continue to develop and provide excellent materials in response to the needs of the times.
