The VN2000 small-sized insertion vortex flow meter is capable of measuring the flow rate, mass flow, or BTU/energy of steam, gas, or liquid in high flow ranges. The flow meter simplifies installation with mounting pins. The element is machined from a solid block of stainless steel using CNC technology and is designed to withstand harsh environments both inside and outside the piping. Dual ceramic piezoelectric elements are press-fitted and bonded to a stainless steel insertion rod. There are no O-rings or seals inside, eliminating the risk of leakage to the sensor or electronic components. Since the sensor does not come into contact with the process fluid, it has a long lifespan.
