Compression molding processing using a single jersey knit! Can be used in high-temperature environments (500-800℃).
The "Heat-resistant stainless steel wire mesh cushioning material (non-combustible)" is made by knitting fine metal wires in a jersey pattern and then processed through compression molding or corrugation. It can be used in high-temperature environments (500-800°C), making it suitable as a vibration-absorbing cushioning material, as well as for filter materials and for holding ceramic components in catalytic devices. 【Features】 ■ Compression molding processing using a single jersey knit ■ Demonstrates vibration-damping effects under high-temperature conditions that rubber cannot handle ■ Maintains shape without the wires unraveling or scattering due to the jersey knitting ■ Excellent heat and corrosion resistance ■ Resistant to use in various environmental conditions *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
