This is a rubber product made using a nozzle for extrusion molding. Generally, it is in the form of a cord and is shipped in a coiled state. Essentially, rubber can be categorized into solid products, which are not foamed, and sponge products, which are foamed. Solid rubber has the characteristic of fully exhibiting the inherent performance of rubber. Sponge rubber, due to its foamed nature, is lightweight and has shock-absorbing capabilities, but it may have lower durability compared to solid rubber. The extrusion method has a significant advantage in that it allows for the long production of items with the same shape. The product's shape is solidified while being extruded from the nozzle and undergoing a curing process. Extruded rubber requires a curing period of about 7 days until the product stabilizes, particularly in terms of dimensions (especially in the length direction). Original shapes can be created at the three production factories on the next page. Sizes can range from approximately 3 mm to about 50φ.
