The RS-HT series high-temperature screw meter (helical meter) is a volumetric flow meter that utilizes a precisely machined pair of helical rotors (rotors). Being a volumetric type, it is not affected by changes in fluid viscosity due to temperature variations, allowing for highly accurate flow measurement. Compared to other types of volumetric flow meters (e.g., gear meters), it has a structurally very low pressure loss. By using a uniquely developed preamplifier, the output pulse count detected can achieve a high-resolution output of up to 128 times.
