Glass Bottle Crusher "OR Type / ORS Type / GMR-400 Type"

With the use of an inverter, adjusting the crushing particle size is easy! It can crush glass, tiles, bricks, and more.

The "OR type / ORS type / GMR-400 type" is a glass bottle crusher designed for efficient crushing aimed at reduction, regeneration, and reuse. Glass materials fed from the upper chute are struck against an impact plate by impact blades attached to a rotor that rotates inside a robust casing, resulting in crushing. The crushed pieces (cullet) are further crushed as they bounce and are finely compressed when passing through the gaps between the primary and secondary tooth plates and the rotor, and are discharged from the lower outlet. 【Features】 ■ Easy replacement of worn liners due to the liner system ■ Worn rotor impact blades can be rotated 180 degrees to maintain stable crushing granularity ■ Durable wear-resistant materials are used for each liner ■ Compact installation space allows for easy combination with other equipment ■ Use of an inverter makes it easy to adjust the crushing granularity *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
