The intrinsically safe explosion-proof HMT370EX series is ideal for use in hazardous locations Zone 0 and Zone 20. This converter outputs not only relative humidity and temperature measurements but also other humidity parameters (dew point temperature, wet bulb temperature, absolute temperature, mixing ratio, moisture concentration, moisture mass fraction, water vapor pressure, enthalpy). Models for measuring moisture in general oil and aviation turbine fuel are also available. The main applications include industries and processes where intrinsic safety and explosion-proofing are required for humidity or moisture measurement in fuel storage tanks, chemical manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food production, and painting booths.
