[NETIS Registration] Gravel Paving Material Gravel Fix

basic information

Gravel Fix creates a sturdy and uniform structure through a special molding process. It can withstand up to approximately 100t/m² (about 60t/m²) even when not filled with gravel, boasting excellent strength that allows for the entry of large vehicles. Easy Maintenance There is no worry about cracks or damage that can occur with asphalt or interlocking systems. It is almost maintenance-free, allowing for the preservation of quality and beauty. Easy to Renovate Later By simply peeling off the sheet and removing the gravel, you can start renovations on the exterior. There is no need for large-scale construction with heavy machinery, making it possible to propose small-scale exterior renovations.

Applications/Examples of results

1. Roadbed renovation Varies depending on climate conditions and expected loads. 2. Compaction and leveling surface management Firmly compact the sand to create a base, and after compaction, remove any unevenness from the leveling surface. 3. Joining and laying of sheets Join and lay the non-woven fabric that uniformly overhangs both sides of the Gravel Fix Pro sheet. This is important for ensuring laying stability and enhancing weed suppression effects. 4. Cutting For areas that need to be cut, use a saw and be careful to avoid creating gaps as much as possible. 5. Filling with crushed stone Fill with one or two types of crushed stone with a diameter of 3 to 16 mm. 6. Finishing Carefully fill using a rake. The less unevenness there is, the easier it will be to clean up leaves and debris after construction. If the sheet needs to be hidden, additional crushed stone should be laid.
