A new packaging bag "Aishu" that prevents mold on bread for a long time as an alternative to deacidifiers!
Ｉ－ＳＣＨ
A freshness-preserving film developed by combining antioxidant and anti-fungal functions. Prevents mold in bread, Western sweets, and Japanese sweets. *Effectiveness verified in bakeries.
This time, with the cooperation of the bakery, we evaluated (1) bags treated with antioxidants, (2) packaging bags "Aishu" treated with both antioxidants and anti-mold treatment, and (3) bread using oxygen absorbers. The results showed that the bread packaged in (2) "Aishu" did not develop mold even after 164 days, demonstrating an anti-mold effect equivalent to that of oxygen absorbers. By using "Aishu" instead of oxygen absorbers, we can reduce costs and labor during the packaging process. 【Features】 - Cost reduction from the reduction of oxygen absorbers - Reduction of labor for inserting oxygen absorbers - Prevention of accidental ingestion by consumers *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact the FC Development Department.
