This meets or exceeds the rate of any combination of video cameras that can be connected at once. This ultra-fast recording speed is only possible when the Core 2 MAX is equipped with six high-speed VidIO drive modules. With this feature, you can record four independent high-speed cameras or a single very high-speed camera with four CoaXPress CXP-6 outputs.

Video Monitoring Output The DVR Express Core 2 MAX has four 3G/HD-SDI video outputs that provide low-latency video signals for real-time monitoring of incoming camera data. The SDI video signal can be directly connected to supported monitors or HDMI displays using commercially available adapters. SDI video can also be transmitted wirelessly over long distances using RF transmitters. With four 3G/HD-SDI outputs provided, up to four cameras can be monitored. Once recording is complete, the recorded video can also be played back from these outputs. Output formats include 1080i, 1080p, and UHD at up to 60 frames per second.

Multi-Camera Synchronized Recording The DVR Express Core 2 MAX can simultaneously record up to four cameras, simplifying multi-camera recording applications such as motion capture, stereoscopic imaging, and volumetric particle tracking. Additionally, if the cameras support such features, the built-in synchronization tools allow for precise adjustment of each camera's exposure. An external frame synchronization signal can be connected to the auxiliary I/O port of the Core 2 MAX, or signals can be generated internally using a signal generator tool. Timestamps can be applied to images based on exposure trigger points or subsequent times.
