We would like to introduce a case where an analog meter visualization service was implemented for the differential pressure gauge of an exhaust filter in a suction-type powder and granular material transport system. Workers needed to understand the cleaning and replacement timing of the exhaust filter through several daily inspections of the differential pressure gauge. The decision on whether maintenance was needed relied on the workers' experience and know-how, leading to challenges in improving efficiency and eliminating dependency on specific individuals. To address this, a camera was installed on the differential pressure gauge of the exhaust filter.
