The "Eco Frostorelle(R)" is a cubic eco-frost separator, a high-performance separator designed to remove foreign substances such as powdery frost and tape-like frost (snake skin) contained in pellet raw materials. It requires only the supply of instrument air, eliminating the need for additional equipment such as blowers or dust collectors. Its structure allows for easy maintenance with a helical connection, and it can be installed on new or existing suction loaders. Frost separation tests can be conducted, and the current content of frost (powder and tape) in the raw materials can be measured, along with verification of frost separation performance.
