A certain pharmaceutical manufacturer had the challenge of increasing the packaging speed and wanted to bond aluminum foil with polyvinyl chloride. In response, we customized the formulation of the conventional product to meet the customer's requirements. As a result, with the PTP packaging configuration, the temperature at which bonding begins was reduced to approximately 15°C compared to the conventional product, allowing for an increase in production speed and a reduction in processing costs.
