Intuitive and easy to understand, the 'analog meter' is really great after all.
■Standard equipment includes a dial cover ●A test zero plate (100×50×5(t)mm, material: SS400) is also included as standard ■Applications This is an electromagnetic thickness gauge that measures the thickness of insulating coatings such as paint and linings on iron substrates, as well as non-magnetic metal coatings like plating. It adopts a two-point adjustment method that complies with domestic standards, internal regulations, and criteria of various public corporations, organizations, government offices, research institutes, and various corporations, as well as international standards such as ASTM and ISO. *Includes steel and ferritic stainless steel (such as SUS430) ●Coatings (on steel structures such as bridges, ships, steel pipes, automobiles, home appliances [refrigerators, washing machines], steel furniture, and equipment) ●Lining (resin, epoxy, rubber, enamel, etc.) ●Plating* (non-magnetic plating such as chrome, zinc, copper, tin, etc.) *Excludes electrolytic nickel and plating ●Metallization, parylene coating, oxide films, thermal spray coatings, etc. ●Measurement of thickness of resin films and non-magnetic metal foils (Measured using iron as the substrate)

basic information
■Features ●Traditional Analog Meter Type The measurement pressure can be read intuitively. ●Compact Body Achieved further miniaturization (volume ratio 90%). A size that is convenient for the field. ●0-5mm Wide Range Covers a wide range from thin film coating to lining. ●Special Magnetic Pole Probe High wear resistance is achieved with CVD magnetic poles. ●Dial Cover Standard Equipment Prevents misalignment of the adjustment due to unexpected contact. (Note) This does not prevent drift of the meter pointer due to temperature differences or usage environments.
