Edgecross-compliant IoT Data Collector
Our company will start selling the U-Mate IoT collector, which collects various data from the field in compliance with Edgecross*1, from July 2021. In addition to handheld terminals and smart devices, it can gather data from PLCs (programmable logic controllers), industrial robots, and various sensors to an edge PC for centralized management. The collected data can be transmitted to the department server in the manufacturing site for progress management, operation management, quality control, and more. It comes standard with interfaces for our packaged products (U-MateBT inventory, stocktaking, process performance, asset management). Additionally, it is also possible to transmit data to cloud-based ERP systems over the internet. 【Features】 - Compliance with Edgecross allows for easy data collection from various devices and equipment regardless of the manufacturer. - Data can be collected quickly from the manufacturing site. - Data analysis and diagnostics are performed in the edge area close to the production site, enabling real-time feedback to the production site.
