[New Product] Heat-Resistant Copper Discoloration Preventive Agent VERZONE HC-1
It suppresses the discoloration of heated copper and improves moisture resistance. It is a water-soluble, non-chrome, environmentally friendly product.
【Discoloration Prevention Performance】 ■ Suppresses discoloration when copper materials are heated (140–200°C). ■ Suppresses discoloration at high temperatures and high humidity (>70°C, >80%RH). 【Other Features】 ■ A water-soluble, non-chrome, environmentally friendly product that contains no inorganic components. ■ Does not adversely affect the contact resistance of copper surfaces. 【Examples of Use】 ■ Copper-plated products, copper foil, copper wire. ■ Rolled copper foil, electrolytic copper foil (for printed circuit boards, lithium-ion battery anodes, etc.). ■ Alternative to chrome treatment for copper foil. ■ Suppresses discoloration during heating in post-processes such as reflow and soldering. ■ Further enhances discoloration prevention effects during heating by post-treating chromate coatings.
