[Processing Example] Press Processing of SUS Material

Processing that minimizes sagging and burrs during pressing to the utmost limit is possible! We are committed to pursuing better product quality.

We would like to introduce examples of press processing using SUS material. Processing of SUS alone (approximately t0.05 to 0.1) or a composite of SUS and adhesive material can be performed on a small high-speed press machine, minimizing deformation and burrs during pressing to the utmost limit. The offset distance between the SUS and the adhesive material can also be controlled arbitrarily, allowing us to meet various customer needs. Additionally, by observing the cross-section of the pressed product under a microscope, we can ensure stable quality confirmation of mass-produced products and quickly detect abnormalities.
