The VMEC-2HCT is a cost-effective two-channel USB eddy current flaw detector. Its sealed structure eliminates concerns about failures due to dust, and it can output alarms to external devices, making it suitable for inline automatic inspection of cracks and foreign material detection in metal parts in factories. Each channel can independently set gain (sensitivity), phase, and alarm. It supports a frequency range of 2Hz to 14MHz, allows for high-speed measurements of 8,000 points per second, and can set a probe drive voltage of up to 20V.
