Information on Active and Passive Methods! Leave the Sick House measurement to us!
Preventive measures against Sick House Syndrome require VOC (volatile organic compounds) measurement. The increase in VOC concentration from items and furniture brought in after tenants move in may cause residents to develop Sick House Syndrome. By conducting VOC concentration measurements before handover and retaining the data, it can be proven that the influence is not from the building, ensuring safety. Our company can perform not only "Sick House Measurements" but also indoor air quality measurements and odor assessments. Please consult us if you have any concerns regarding air quality. 【Active Method Features】 ■ Using a pump, a constant flow of air is forcibly passed through a dedicated collection tube for a set period to collect the target substances. ■ Sampling time: 30 minutes per location. ■ Two measurements are required per location. ■ Measurement time is shorter compared to the passive method. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
