Soft-type metal IC tags easily transform into hard-type tags!
The soft-type on-metal tags, which have received great acclaim, were not suitable for situations where impact was involved. We have now released the hard cover "Tag Guard" to overcome this weakness. The secret to the increased strength lies in the polycarbonate resin and honeycomb structure. This combination achieves enhanced durability. Without compromising the features of the soft-type on-metal tags, such as low cost, on-site printing, and flexible printing options, it is easy to protect the tags as needed. From a cost perspective, the combination of the soft-type on-metal tags and Tag Guard is competitive compared to the market price of typical hard-type metal tags. Furthermore, by integrating IC tags, procurement costs are reduced, and inventory management of the IC tags themselves becomes easier, providing various benefits.

Applications/Examples of results
This is an on-metal tag used in manufacturing sites and logistics warehouses. If there are concerns about the strength of the soft type, you can easily enhance its strength by simply placing it over the soft type tag. It is ideal for situations where a high-strength hard type on-metal tag would be over-spec, but you still want to maintain the advantages of the soft type tag while increasing its strength. Target items include metal fixtures, forklifts, metal containers, medical devices, and more.
