"Cellufine MAX IB" is a new mixed-mode resin used for the purification of monoclonal antibodies (Mab) after the purification of Protein A resin. By surface modification of polyallylamine and modifying some of it with butyl groups, it has the characteristic of protein adsorption even at high salt concentrations.
