The use of adhesives is not allowed... but the issue of "loosening" is critical. Here is a screw that prevents loosening to solve such problems! It is also suitable for small screws for motors.

Motion Tight is a "looseness prevention bolt" that solves the problem of loosening bolts and screws. Its workability is the same as that of regular screws, allowing for smooth insertion and demonstrating a loosening prevention effect with stable axial force. Motion Tight can adapt to strict conditions such as situations where there is a problem with loosening but the use of adhesives is not possible, or where contamination must be minimized! *It is also compatible with "small screws (M2 and above)" used in motors. 【Product Features】 ■ Strong loosening prevention power with the bolt alone ■ Fatigue strength 1.2 times greater ■ Workability is the same as regular screws, allowing for smooth insertion ■ Stable axial force even without lubricating oil ■ Does not seize even with stainless screws 【Do you have any of these problems?】 - Unable to reuse bolts due to the use of adhesives... - Need bolts that won't loosen because they are incorporated in areas with a lot of vibration or shaking... - Cannot use adhesives because they will be used in high-temperature areas... ⇒ All these issues can be resolved with the loosening prevention bolt "Motion Tight"! *For product details, please view the materials from [PDF Download] or feel free to [Contact Us].
