basic information
【What Can Be Done with Detection Tests】 1. Conduct a free detection test before confirming implementation Unlike other companies in the same industry that conduct tests after the implementation has been decided, we have been conducting detection tests before implementation since our founding. We believe this is an important step to understand the accuracy of our inspection machines. 2. We also respond to inquiries about new products that are not yet manufactured or sold It is not uncommon for us to receive requests for tests on products that are still in the development stage, meaning they do not yet exist. Additionally, we provide solutions for cases that have been rejected by other companies, such as difficult-to-detect molded products. Please feel free to consult with us first. 3. Test results will be clearly reported and submitted later We will provide not only the test results but also detailed information about the equipment used during the test. This includes the design plans used, the positions of the cameras and lighting, and the speed at which the tests were conducted. Having a comprehensive report allows you to realize labor-saving and efficiency improvements.
