【Options Details】 <Two-Stage Signal Tower (PATLITE)> - Visually indicates the status of the washing machine during standby or emergency stop. - Recommended as it allows for the detection of abnormalities from a distance. <Front Door Cylinder Cover> - A cover is applied to the cylinder that moves the front door, reducing the possibility of fingers or clothing getting caught, making it safer to use. <Area Sensor (KEYENCE)> - Monitors the workpiece entry point with a safety light curtain. - Does not start washing while detecting foreign objects such as human hands. - If an object is detected while the front door is closing, the washing machine goes into emergency stop. <Differential Pressure Gauge (Nagano Keiki)> - Monitors the differential pressure of the pump and displays a warning on the touch panel when pressure stops. - Clearly indicates when a filter replacement is needed. - When combined with the signal tower, it allows for the detection of the need for replacement from a distance. <Brake Mechanism> - After the drying process, applying brakes to the workpiece that continues to rotate due to inertia increases production efficiency and enhances safety. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
