Manganese clogging of water treatment membranes! Manganese sticking to sensors such as flow meters! We have a track record of continuous operation for 5 years. All components are food additives.
Cleaning of UF membranes, ceramic membranes, and water treatment membranes In daily operations, large impurities are expelled through backwashing, but manganese tends to accumulate and can be removed through chemical cleaning. However, we frequently hear from users about clogging issues, and it has been proven that manganese is stubborn and difficult to remove. By adding approximately 0.5% of UF-3 during regular chemical cleaning, manganese removal is possible. Maintenance of sensors such as flow meters Even with regular cleaning of the sensors, depending on water quality, it is necessary to manually clean the sensor parts once every two to three months. The cause was manganese. With regular maintenance using a solution containing about 0.5% UF-3, the need for manual cleaning, such as removing the sensor, has been eliminated. We have confirmed that there has been no need for physical cleaning by hand for five years. Developed by a collaboration of municipal water treatment facility technicians, water treatment technology consultants, and a metal surface treatment agent manufacturer. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.* #Degreasing #Descaling agent #Rust prevention #Coating #Pipe cleaning #Cutting fluid #Lubricant #Polishing agent #Carbon neutral #Greenhouse gases #Electricity cost reduction
