Due to the nature of the product, it is necessary to consider and optimize dimensions to match the installation target. However, we offer a semi-custom sleeve and bolt-shaped sensor assembly product that includes several basic specifications that can also be used for evaluation. This eliminates the need for customers to design and manufacture similar sensor assemblies from scratch, contributing to a reduction in the construction period from consideration of adoption to practical use. Installation can also be retrofitted to existing equipment or targets, provided that the conditions allow for work outside of the manufacturing and assembly processes of the target object. All products are designed with high weather resistance, assuming use in harsh field conditions, allowing for long-term use. The sleeve sensor, in particular, is a unique product focused on monitoring the mechanical integrity of rotating shafts such as motors, engines, and turbines, and we also provide dedicated software, tools, and initial evaluation kits for this product.

Sleeve-type sensor: Compatible bearing sizes - ISO standard type (up to outer diameter 360mm, thickness 160mm. *Customization available upon consultation), operating temperature range -50 to +150℃, lubrication environment - machine oil and grease, waterproof and dustproof standard - IP67, explosion-proof standard - ATEX zone 0, detection capabilities example - temperature range 0 to 100℃ +/-0.5%, rotational speed 50 to 3600rpm +/-1%, detectable area 0 to 360° +/-5% (around the entire sleeve). 2. Bolt-type sensor: Bolt size - M10 x 60mm and above (property classes 8.8, 10.9, ...), lead cable - Φ3.0mm flexible metal outer casing, 1m or specified length of specified material, operating temperature range -40 to +80℃ (optional -40 to +300℃ available), detection capability - strength >240kN, others - built-in temperature compensation sensor available (optional).

Applications/Examples of results
The sleeve type is used for monitoring the health status (deformation, load, eccentricity, speed, torque, temperature) of rotating mechanisms such as wind turbine gearbox shafts and ship engine propeller shafts, as well as for monitoring the health status of heavy machinery with rotating mechanisms like winches and cranes. The bolt type is used for reference in monitoring bolt tightness at key monitoring points in structures such as bridges, tower-type structures, and transmission line towers.
