【Instructions for Use】 1. Fix the tissue in 10-20% formalin solution. 2. Immerse the fixed tissue in 50 times the volume overnight. (This varies depending on the type and thickness of the tissue) Check the decalcification status by poking with a needle or similar tool. 3. Wash the extracted tissue in running water for 3-4 hours. (If neutralization is necessary, neutralize with 5% sodium sulfate or similar for several hours to overnight before washing with water) 4. Proceed with the usual processing.
