Leave cationic electrodeposition painting to us!
Our company conducts electrodeposition painting, which allows the paint to penetrate into the narrow gaps of the workpiece using electrical power. This results in a uniform paint film with excellent adhesion and outstanding rust resistance. Since the establishment of our cationic electrodeposition painting line in 1984, we have accumulated technology and know-how. These achievements have been recognized by many automobile manufacturers, including Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. At the Kaneta plant, we have obtained certification for the international environmental management system ISO 14001 and are striving to further reduce environmental impact. 【Equipment Specifications】 ■ Line Specifications: Total Length 480m ■ Line Speed: 2.5m/min (max 5.0m/min) ■ Hanger Specifications: Total Number of Hangers 1,200, Pitch 400mm ■ Annual Production Volume: 180 (million units) *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Company information
Our company was established as an automobile maintenance factory (automobile maintenance business) and, in conjunction with the entry of various automobile manufacturers into Kyushu, we launched a manufacturing business focused on the painting of automobile parts and a logistics business related to automobiles. These three pillars—automobile maintenance, parts manufacturing, and logistics—form the foundation of our company today. We provide painting technology, quality, delivery times, and prices cultivated through the rigorous Japanese automobile parts manufacturing industry.
